I am a practicing and teaching graphic and visual designer based in the Chicago area. I design for print and web – to find unexpected solutions for effective communication and distinctive branding. I collaborate with writers, art directors, web developers, interior designers, photographers and printers to produce a diverse range of materials.

When I'm not working on projects I can be found outside (hiking, birding, running, biking), in the kitchen (trying new recipes, perfecting old recipes), reading, or watching Italian police procedurals (Il Commissario Montalbano, La Piovra, Squadra Mobile, Le Indagini di Lolita Lobosco).
